Senior ERP Specialist

Sentec, a Swiss-American medical device company, seeks a Senior ERP Specialist in Therwil, CH, to manage ERP processes, master-data governance, and cross-functional workflows for respiratory care products.

The company develops and manufactures advanced respiratory care devices in-house. This role ensures the reliability and compliance of ERP systems and master data, supporting global subsidiaries and enabling efficient, traceable operations across manufacturing, finance, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce policies for ERP processes and master-data governance, ensuring alignment with FDA, MDR, ISO 13485, and internal standards.
• Lead ERP rollout initiatives within international subsidiaries.
• Configure system workflows, troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and verify data accuracy.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of master data in ERP and CRM systems, including creation, updates, validation, and transfers for suppliers, customers, and materials.
• Streamline cross-functional workflows across manufacturing, finance, logistics, and sales to boost efficiency and traceability.
• Maintain accurate data flow between systems and functions, collaborating with sourcing, regulatory, quality, and finance teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP and master-data matters, delivering KPIs and actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in comparable roles.
• Proficiency with Dynamics ERP systems; experience with Business Central is advantageous.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as FDA, ISO 13485, and MDR.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions in global, complex data environments.
• Excellent English communication skills; German proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
