isolutions seeks a Senior Exchange Hybrid & Migration Engineer in Bern to lead Exchange-to-Cloud migrations and support Microsoft 365 workplace deployments.
This position is responsible for designing future-ready workplaces and managing the migration of Exchange environments to Microsoft Cloud Services. The engineer focuses on Exchange migrations and client engineering within the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem, ensuring smooth transitions and robust platform operations.
Responsibilities
- Constructing and maintaining Exchange Online platforms for clients
- Executing migrations of on-premises Exchange systems to Microsoft 365
- Assisting the delivery team with configuring and deploying Cloud Workplace solutions using Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365
- Enhancing existing Workplace-as-a-Service offerings
- Collecting and applying technical and functional requirements during projects
- Guiding customers through their digital transformation processes
Requirements
- Completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ) specializing in system engineering
- Proven experience working with Exchange technologies
- Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland as needed
Nice to have
- A complementary academic degree
- Additional hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
- Prior project experience involving Microsoft 365, Entra, and Microsoft Intune
