Senior Full Stack Ingenieur Java/React

Responsibilities

• Drive the continuous improvement and optimization of existing features, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and performant code, following best practices and modern development standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues across the stack.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Contribute to a collaborative Agile environment by mentoring peers, sharing knowledge, and supporting team success across an international context.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software development within structured and complex environments.
• Solid experience in backend development with Java.
• Strong hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to build intuitive, user-centric interfaces.
• Good knowledge of Redux for state management.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, system integration, and full-stack architecture.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Nice to have

• Spring / Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms).
