Senior IAM Specialist

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Senior IAM Specialist in Zürich for a hybrid role at a financial institution, focusing on IAM migration and secure solution implementation.

This position sits within a long-standing financial organization and is responsible for advancing the Identity & Access Management landscape. The specialist will lead migration efforts, ensuring the environment evolves securely and efficiently through collaboration with various IT and business departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute Identity & Access Management migration projects
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align IAM initiatives
• Analyze needs, design concepts, and deploy secure technical solutions
• Maintain daily IAM operations and guarantee high data integrity
• Drive operational excellence across IAM processes

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in German
• Deep knowledge of MS-SQL database systems
• Strong command of API technologies, specifically REST and SCIM
• Ability to write and manage complex database queries

• Prior experience working with OneIdentity tools
