IAM Team Lead

SUMMIT RECRUITMENT AG seeks a Senior IAM Team Lead in Zürich to manage the Identity Services team, oversee IT infrastructure stability, and drive the migration to Azure Active Directory.

The company is looking for a senior leader to direct the Identity Services team within the IT department. This position involves setting strategic goals, managing daily operations, and ensuring the successful transition of identity management systems to the public cloud.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the reliability of core IT systems, including Active Directory, Privileged Access Management, Citrix, and IaaS server environments.
• Lead the migration from on-premise Active Directory to Azure Active Directory, aligning with the organization's public cloud strategy.
• Oversee the full system and service portfolio while managing relationships with external suppliers.
• Promote an agile working environment focused on continuous skill development and team competency.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and support both internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

• Proven managerial experience in a comparable role, accompanied by strong communication and persuasion abilities across all organizational levels.
• Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Modern Authentication, SaaS onboarding, Citrix/AVD, and Windows Server.
• Solid understanding of modern public cloud infrastructure, with specific expertise in Azure.
• Experience in designing scalable solutions, validating business cases, and implementing approaches like Extended Workbench.
• Hands-on background in DevOps practices and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering high-quality, purposeful work.
• Fluent command of both written and spoken German and English.
