Roger Dubuis seeks a Senior Manager for Campuses Operational HSE in Meyrin, CH. The role involves leading HSE operations across key sites, managing teams, and ensuring compliance within the luxury watchmaking sector.

This position is responsible for the direct oversight of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities across major Roger Dubuis campuses, while providing strategic coordination for critical facilities. As part of Richemont, a global leader in luxury jewelry and watches, the role ensures that safety standards and operational excellence are maintained in alignment with the group's high-value environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct, mentor, and develop a team comprising internal HSE staff, external consultants, and occupational health nurses.
  • Guarantee the provision of top-tier HSE services and uphold rigorous safety protocols for both employees and company assets.
  • Oversee relationships with external service providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring their performance.
  • Create and execute strategies to mitigate HSE risks and reduce environmental impacts.
  • Ensure full compliance with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Manage the documentation, investigation, and evaluation of HSE incidents, near misses, and hazardous conditions.
  • Perform regular internal HSE self-assessments and review new processes or facility changes.
  • Track HSE budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Maintain a physical presence at the CGHH Meyrin and Villars-sur-Glâne campuses for at least two days per week at each location.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, professional organizations, and internal stakeholders to integrate HSE management.
  • Support critical sites in performing risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
  • Organize and lead team meetings and committees to share best practices and ensure consistent HSE standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Group HSE function.
  • Visit critical sites regularly to support HSE program implementation and monitor progress.
  • Assist critical sites in developing and executing emergency response plans and business continuity measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related engineering discipline.
  • A recognized Swiss HSE qualification or certification, such as a Federal Diploma for Safety Specialist or OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 Lead Auditor status.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in HSE management.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the luxury goods sector, high-value asset environments, or similar fields with strict safety and security demands.
  • Proven track record of managing HSE operations across multiple sites, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in additional languages, such as German, is highly valued.
