(Senior) Manager - Quality Management

PwC seeks a Senior Manager for Quality Management in Zürich to lead governance, risk management, and quality processes within the Assurance practice.

This role focuses on strengthening the System of Quality Management (SoQM) across the Assurance function. The position involves driving regulatory readiness, implementing technology-driven monitoring solutions, and ensuring continuous improvement through data analysis and innovative tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, and execution of quality management processes and controls.
• Manage the evolution of the ServiceNow platform, enhancing reporting, tagging, and AI-enabled use cases.
• Develop guidance materials and provide support to stakeholders for effective tool usage.
• Execute monitoring programmes, perform central assessments, and evaluate SoQM effectiveness.
• Steer the QMSE project portfolio, aligning priorities and reporting progress to leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external quality inspections, including FAOA and PCAOB reviews.
• Coach team members to foster collaboration and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• Proven audit experience with a solid grasp of quality management systems, governance, or risk frameworks.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical, sustainable business solutions.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate stakeholders and deliver complex initiatives.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools like Power BI, Alteryx, or ServiceNow.
• Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to improve processes.
• A structured, solution-oriented mindset with independent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in supervising, coaching, and developing team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
