(Senior) Manager - Transfer Pricing

The company seeks a Senior Manager for Transfer Pricing in Zürich to lead multi-country projects, design compliant business models, and advise multinational clients on global tax strategies.

This position focuses on guiding multinational organizations through intricate international tax landscapes. The role involves leveraging economic, legal, and financial insights to create and execute sustainable business structures that adhere to global regulations. Success in this role relies on collaborative knowledge exchange and ongoing professional growth within a cross-border team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate complex transfer pricing engagements for multinational corporations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Create strategies for establishing new business frameworks or refining current ones, followed by their worldwide implementation.
• Participate in defining, planning, and executing solutions for prominent global enterprises spanning various sectors.
• Analyze and evaluate international value chains and operational models, including product, service, and intellectual property movements, to pinpoint client requirements and craft customized approaches.
• Provide guidance on establishing and defending transfer pricing strategies, governance frameworks, documentation standards, and technological tools.
• Support clients in resolving disputes and securing advance pricing agreements.
• Contribute to business development efforts and the expansion of service portfolios.
• Deliver results on demanding projects by utilizing personal expertise and the extensive global network of the firm.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a comparable field.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience in Transfer Pricing, preferably gained within a consulting environment.
• Fluency in the German language.
• Demonstrated ability to perform, manage, and coordinate transfer pricing projects spanning multiple countries.
• Willingness to assume leadership responsibilities for teams or specific areas of expertise.
