KPMG AG in Geneva seeks a Consultant/Senior Consultant for its Global Transfer Pricing Services team to advise international clients on tax, restructuring, and M&A matters.
This position sits within the Global Transfer Pricing Services team, collaborating with international clients across multiple sectors. The team operates as part of KPMG's worldwide network, working closely with other KPMG offices globally. The role focuses on providing advice regarding international tax and transfer pricing considerations related to restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate client business models to pinpoint primary value drivers and determine how value creation and profit attribution align across different entities and regions.
- Support clients in meeting their transfer pricing compliance and reporting duties in various global jurisdictions.
- Execute diverse analyses and transfer pricing projects within multidisciplinary teams.
- Partner with specialists from KPMG member firms situated in numerous countries.
- Provide guidance to clients regarding dispute resolution linked to transfer pricing audits, mutual agreement procedures, and advance pricing agreements.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics and/or Law.
- Demonstrate advanced English proficiency and proficient French skills.
- Possess strong analytical, logical, and numerical capabilities.
- Show a keen interest in economics and tax-related topics.
- Work effectively within a team, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and communicate excellently.
- Maintain an enthusiastic, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.

- Prior professional experience in finance or tax.
