Consultant - People Advisory Services - Individual Tax & International Mobility Advisory

The company seeks a mid-level Consultant for People Advisory Services, focusing on individual tax and international mobility advisory in Geneva. The role involves leading advisory projects and supporting a globally mobile workforce.

This position sits within the People Advisory Services Tax group, which assists clients in managing compliance, reporting, and risks associated with a globally mobile workforce. The group is undergoing strategic investment and expects significant growth in the near future. The consultant will lead special advisory projects while maintaining technical excellence and a practical, business-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Work with international teams on consulting assignments covering individual and corporate tax, planning, compliance, and administration.
• Deliver tax support to clients ranging from small businesses to large multinationals across domestic and international tax areas.
• Interpret, implement, and review tax and regulatory concepts to ensure practical application.
• Conduct tax analyses, prepare compliance filings and rulings, and support corporate structuring initiatives.
• Develop solutions in a complex international setting and provide guidance to managers on core tax matters.
• Interact daily with HR departments, tax and social security specialists, expatriates, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• A recognized diploma in Law, Economics, or an equivalent federal, bachelor’s, or master’s degree.
• A strong interest in core taxation concepts with relevant academic coursework.
• Excellent command of both French and English.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to apply method and rigor.
