The company is looking for a professional to provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary support for tax solutions. This role involves advising employers and their internationally mobile staff on complex tax issues while collaborating within international teams to serve global clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage advisory projects covering Swiss and international taxation, including cross-border employment structures, equity incentives, pensions, and rulings.
- Lead and participate in client-facing activities for individual tax projects.
- Conduct research and prepare customized advice for clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
- Fluency in German or French.
- Very good English skills.
- Team player who appreciates daily contact with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
