Consultant - Corporate Tax - Geneva

KPMG AG seeks a Junior Consultant in Corporate Tax based in Geneva. The role involves advising clients on tax strategy, compliance, and cross-border projects while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The company is looking for a Junior Consultant to support a wide range of corporate clients in shaping and executing their long-term tax strategies. The team serves as the primary contact for complex national and cross-border tax matters, covering business strategies, supply chains, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Advise national and international firms on tax implications related to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, financing, real estate, supply chains, and operational transformations.
• Help clients manage tax compliance, tax accounting, and the modernization of their tax functions.
• Integrate national and international tax regulations into analysis and recommendations.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and international colleagues across various departments.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and tax authorities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in finance or Swiss law.
• Strong interest in business management and Swiss and international corporate tax law.
• Excellent analytical, logical, and adaptive skills, especially in finance and accounting.
• Aptitude for process-oriented thinking, effective communication, and a passion for digital innovation.
• High level of customer focus, teamwork, and dedication.
• Fluent in both French and English.
