Responsibilities
- Establish and refine practices, templates, policies, and tools to mature project capabilities.
- Collaborate across departments and regions to exchange knowledge and meet product delivery targets.
- Direct the development and implementation of project plans, including staffing, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in hiring processes and provide training to colleagues in specific areas of expertise.
- Identify, report, and manage project risks effectively.
- Perform control tasks in close coordination with the control team.
- Advise clients on project management strategies and the implementation of business requirements.
- Motivate and lead project teams to achieve defined goals.
- Secure necessary resources to meet project objectives within scheduled timeframes.
- Analyze team workload to spot inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and acquiring new customer projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific or computer science field.
- Understanding of MES and ERP system architectures and their business functions.
- Strong analytical abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills to manage across various business and technology organizations.
- Experience leading and managing project and program teams, including internal and external resources.
- Ability to present to executive sponsors and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through problem-solving.
Nice to have
- MBA or Master of Science degree.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, aligned with the area of expertise.
