Capture, analyze, and specify business and technical requirements in an agile environment.
Support the structuring and further development of product roadmaps, translating them into actionable work packages.
Collaborate closely with business units, architecture, UX, and development teams to ensure clear requirements and decision-making foundations.
Moderate workshops, alignments, and requirement refinements with various stakeholders.
Create and maintain user stories including acceptance criteria, and support planning and review activities.
Ensure traceable documentation of requirements, processes, and decisions.
Support the definition and validation of test cases, and accompany acceptance activities.
Identify optimization potential in processes and actively participate in their implementation.
Maintain relevant artifacts and documentation in collaboration and project management tools.

Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis in agile development environments.
Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, SAFe, or comparable frameworks.
Ability to analyze, structure, and translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications.
Understanding of modern software development processes and technical contexts.
Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
Experience in creating and refining user stories, features, and backlog elements.
Strong communication and moderation skills when dealing with diverse stakeholders.
High level of initiative, structured work style, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to recognize and drive connections across team and departmental boundaries.
Fluent German and English language skills.
