Responsibilities
- Build and sustain profitable partnerships with insurance brokers and distribution channels across the designated territory.
- Meet yearly performance goals for priority segments and the broader regional objectives.
- Introduce clients to affiliated group companies and secure broker backing for new ventures.
- Deliver training and sales assistance to internal teams and external partners.
- Offer direct support to brokers and clients, including point-of-sale guidance.
- Assist in servicing global or regional client accounts.
- Collaborate with regional sales colleagues to share insights across different functions and markets.
- Foster collaborations with internal Allianz entities and manage reporting to headquarters.
- Travel to various locations as business needs dictate.
- Keep the SalesForce planning tool current with regular updates.
- Engage frequently with colleagues from other business lines in the region.
- Manage ongoing client interactions, resolve concerns, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in insurance sales.
- Track record of building lasting ties with corporate clients and distribution partners.
- History of consistently meeting sales quotas.
- Existing network of relevant brokers within the sales area.
- Familiarity with back-office administrative processes.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
