This position supports global operations by delivering technical service and support for machinery, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction through on-site interventions and training.
Responsibilities
- Carry out global commissioning, troubleshooting, inspections, and overhauls of machinery
- Deliver training to both internal and external customers
- Offer technical advice and prepare spare parts and maintenance recommendations for internal use
- Support internal testing and finalization of new machines
- Compile reports and documentation for maintenance and service visits
Requirements
- Technical education in mechanics, such as machinist, mechanic, or electromechanic
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency
- Interest in and aptitude for complex machinery
- Readiness to travel internationally and work in the field
- Ability to work independently, collaborate in a team, and maintain a professional attitude
- Good PC skills, including knowledge of electrical engineering and pneumatics
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional languages, particularly German
