The Luxury Kulm Group seeks a Spa Receptionist to manage guest consultations, reservations, and spa operations in Switzerland. The role requires hospitality training, bilingual fluency, and experience in high-end service environments.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing smooth treatment processes within the spa facility
- Conducting professional guest consultations to drive sales
- Managing appointment reservations and scheduling
- Maintaining and cleaning all spa tools and equipment
- Ensuring strict adherence to hygiene regulations
- Informing guests about available spa offerings
- Handling pre- and post-reception preparation tasks
- Managing inventory and warehouse control
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or a commercial apprenticeship
- Proficiency in spa and PMS booking systems as well as MS Office
- Accurate handling of cash, billing, and daily closing procedures
- Fluent command of German and English
- Proven experience at a spa or hotel reception desk, ideally in 5-star hospitality
- Experience in appointment scheduling, retail sales, and handling treatment enquiries
