Guest Experience Coordinator (w/m/d)

Andermatt Swiss Alps seeks a Guest Experience Coordinator to manage bookings and deliver high-quality service to guests in Andermatt, Switzerland.

This position is responsible for the complete guest journey, from initial inquiries and booking management to on-site assistance and departure. The coordinator acts as the primary point of contact, ensuring professional service through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and email correspondence throughout the stay.

Responsibilities

• Create customized proposals and oversee reservations for individual travelers and groups.
• Respond to booking inquiries received through telephone, email, and digital booking channels.
• Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes, including the handling of payments.
• Provide recommendations regarding accommodation options, local attractions, and leisure activities.
• Address guest needs, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, facility management, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with administrative duties and contribute to the refinement of operational workflows.

Requirements

• Proficiency in German and English at a C1 level or higher.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and maintain structure.
• A courteous, professional demeanor with a strong focus on service excellence.

Nice to have

• Formal training or education in hospitality, tourism, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in front office operations, guest services, or reservation management, particularly with group bookings.
• Knowledge of additional languages beyond German and English.
