Owner Services Executive (m/w/d)

Andermatt Swiss Alps seeks an Owner Services Executive to manage guest relations and operations at Andermatt Reuss, ensuring high service standards and smooth daily activities.

This position acts as the main liaison for property owners and visitors at the Andermatt Reuss facility. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, guaranteeing that all interactions meet the organization's rigorous service expectations while facilitating a seamless experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for owners and guests through face-to-face interactions, telephone calls, and written communication.
• Deliver top-tier customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving questions, and managing complaints with professionalism.
• Provide concierge assistance, including arranging local activities and making reservations for clients.
• Process sales for day passes, tickets, vouchers, and other access credentials.
• Manage and maintain sports facilities, specifically the outdoor padel courts, squash courts, and bouldering hall.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service partners to ensure operational continuity.
• Handle administrative duties such as generating invoices, programming key cards, preparing reports, and managing telephone lines.

Requirements

• Completion of vocational training in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
• Prior work experience in a similar service-focused role.
• Fluent German proficiency at a C1 level for both speaking and writing.
• Solid English proficiency at a B2 level for both speaking and writing.
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays, with a minimum commitment of two weekends per month.

Nice to have

• Ability to speak additional languages beyond German and English.
• Familiarity with the local region and an established network within the community.
• Hands-on experience with hotel management systems such as POS, PMS, CRM, or SALTO.
