Specialist, Forum Innovator Team

Forum Fribourg SA seeks a Specialist for the Forum Innovator Team in Geneva to manage innovator communities, coordinate events, and support onboarding processes.

This position focuses on the operational support of innovator communities. The specialist ensures that these groups run smoothly by handling event logistics, maintaining accurate membership records, and managing the lifecycle of company participation from entry to exit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing for flagship and community events, ensuring all operational details are coordinated with internal teams.
• Oversee the integrity of innovator communities by distributing onboarding and offboarding documentation to participating companies.
• Ensure timely and accurate removal of companies from community lists upon their departure.
• Handle unpaid membership cases by liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.
• Identify and evaluate potential Technology Pioneers, Global Innovators, and other emerging firms that align with Forum priorities.
• Work with colleagues across different centers, industries, and regions to integrate innovators into thematic initiatives.
• Monitor engagement and community maintenance metrics, generate insights, and contribute to improving the innovator experience.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in business, international affairs, technology, public policy, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a start-up ecosystem, venture capital, corporate innovation, community management, consulting, or an international organization.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and global innovation ecosystems.
• Strong operational and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work across cultures and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
