Sr. Director, Commercial Quality / Market Quality

Scholar Rock Switzerland GmbH seeks a Sr. Director, Commercial Quality / Market Quality in Zug, CH, to lead commercial quality governance and establish a dedicated Market Release Authorization vertical for compliant product release and patient supply.

The company is a late-stage global biopharmaceutical firm developing apitegromab for spinal muscular atrophy and related neuromuscular conditions. This position serves as the Quality leader responsible for separating manufacturing control from commercial control by creating a dedicated Market Release Authorization vertical, ensuring compliant disposition across markets and reliable patient supply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial quality governance aligned with EU/EEA standards, including QP certification and market release readiness where relevant.
• Define and exercise the authority to implement and remove commercial holds for safety, distribution, shortage mitigation, and recall or field action purposes.
• Develop strong post-market controls that satisfy FDA, European, Swiss, and other regional market requirements to guarantee compliant product release, manage complaints, conduct investigations/CAPA, and mitigate quality risks in the marketplace.
