Senior Manager Quality WE

Feldschlösschen seeks a Senior Manager Quality WE to lead regional quality strategies, coach local teams, and drive continuous improvement across production sites and partners.

This position is responsible for developing and executing regional quality strategies that align with global Group policies. The manager serves as a key advisor and coach to Quality leads across various countries, covering Carlsberg-owned sites, joint ventures, third-party producers, and licensees. The role focuses on embedding a strong quality culture and ensuring compliance with international standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional quality strategy in alignment with Group-level directives.
• Assist in deploying the quality and food safety management system framework throughout the region.
• Help breweries achieve ongoing sensory improvements by converting feedback into actionable corrective measures.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and activities to enhance team capabilities and drive performance.
• Take part in validating Quality COM self-assessments to guarantee adherence to required processes.
• Detect systemic or significant quality, compliance, and performance risks within operations and supplier networks.
• Lead production quality initiatives aimed at delivering lasting improvements in product and material standards.
• Gather and distribute best practices across the region and with other global regions.
• Foster a quality-centric culture where excellence is recognized as a key driver for customer satisfaction and business results.
• Stay informed about competitive landscape shifts and quality trends to identify and apply relevant innovations.
• Track and report on key quality metrics, including Sensory Quality, Right First Time (RFT), and Site Audit Scores.
• Conduct regular coaching visits and develop improvement plans for production sites to ensure compliance with Carlsberg Group standards.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience in quality or production, ideally within the FMCG or food sector.
• Deep knowledge and practical experience in quality management and process optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
• Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and coaching team members.
• Track record of leading major initiatives and managing organizational change.
• Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and countries within a matrix structure.
• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Technical Programs, or equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in soft drink quality management.
• Previous responsibility for soft drink quality processes.
