Sr. Manager, Leadership & Learning

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager for Leadership & Learning in Zuchwil, CH. This hybrid role focuses on driving leadership development and learning strategies to support Global Supply Chain transformation.

This position serves as a strategic partner to Global Supply Chain leaders, providing operational and enablement support. The incumbent is responsible for shaping and executing leadership development initiatives that facilitate supply chain transformation. It is a high-visibility role requiring close collaboration with global stakeholders to drive capability building and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global leadership and learning strategies that align with Global Supply Chain priorities.
• Collaborate with senior supply chain and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted development solutions.
• Oversee the creation and rollout of leadership programs, learning frameworks, and capability-building initiatives across various regions.
• Manage cross-functional and matrixed teams, offering coaching, performance management, and career development guidance.
• Lead change management and learning enablement efforts for major supply chain transformation projects.
• Establish governance structures, metrics, and insights to evaluate learning effectiveness and business impact.
• Work with HR, Talent, and Enterprise Learning partners to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Handle operational duties such as budget oversight, resource planning, and compliance with internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Typically 8-10 years of progressive professional experience, including leadership or people management responsibilities.
• Proven track record of leading leadership development, learning, or capability-building initiatives in a global or matrixed environment.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business objectives into practical, scalable learning solutions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives, budgets, and resources while delivering measurable outcomes.
• English language proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA, M.S., or equivalent) in Organizational Development, Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or manufacturing organizations.
• Background in strategy, transformation, or large-scale change initiatives.
• Experience designing leadership programs for senior or executive-level audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise learning platforms and modern learning methodologies.
• Experience working within highly regulated or complex global organizations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Additional languages beyond English are preferred.
• Leadership development, change management, or learning certifications are preferred.
