Human Resources Leader, IM Commercial Austria & Switzerland

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior HR Leader for Austria and Switzerland to act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, driving organizational effectiveness and talent strategy in a hybrid role based in Zug.

This position functions as a strategic business partner to the leadership teams in Austria and Switzerland, reporting to the Head of HR Mid-Sized Markets. The role is responsible for aligning people strategies with business goals, fostering organizational effectiveness, and collaborating across the OneHR model to support commercial operations. It involves close partnership with Managing Directors to shape culture and drive talent outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership teams in Austria and Switzerland.
• Convert business priorities into actionable people and organizational strategies.
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, capability development, and overall organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee the talent agenda across the commercial organizations in both countries.
• Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions.
• Provide coaching and guidance to Managing Directors and their leadership teams.
• Cultivate a culture aligned with the company's Credo and leadership behaviors.
• Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives when necessary.
• Partner with Employee Relations and Legal teams on employee matters.
• Collaborate across the OneHR model to deliver seamless HR support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience with significant HR Business Partnering experience.
• Experience supporting senior commercial or business leaders.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Ability to travel between Austria and Switzerland, and occasionally across EMEA.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
