• Manage finance and key figures (metrics).
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) and merchandise (Ware).

• Training in retail or comparable training.
• Initial leadership experience, ideally in chain retail.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Preference for working on the sales floor.
• Enthusiasm for the DEPOT concept.
• Physical and mental resilience.
• Organizational and coordination talent.
• Motivation and willingness to perform.
• Communication skills, team ability, and flexibility.
