Ticino Clean Sagl seeks a Strategic Planning Officer in Lugano to support integrated planning and performance review processes through data-driven analysis and business partnering.

This position sits within the Strategy & Corporate Development Team in Lugano. The primary purpose is to facilitate value-driven business decisions by contributing to integrated planning, reporting, and performance review cycles. The officer serves as a business partner, challenging performance metrics to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the integrated planning, reporting, and performance review process
• Provide value-added decision support through granular analysis of performance root causes
• Offer insights on value creation levers
• Participate in business performance dialogues
• Support business development initiatives
• Utilize data modelling and forecasting intelligence for decision support
