The company seeks an intern to support its Process Excellence Team by developing and improving a SharePoint-based platform for Supply Chain stakeholders, focusing on automation, user experience, and governance.
This internship is part of Cartier's Process Excellence journey and sits within the Process Excellence Team. The intern will collaborate with stakeholders to build and refine solutions on the SharePoint platform, aiming to streamline data management and enhance the overall user experience across global operations.
Responsibilities
- Automate data updates by leveraging existing external data tables
- Streamline and refine the governance model currently in place on the platform
- Evaluate and define potential audience targeting strategies based on the platform's product landscape
- Improve and simplify the global user experience across the platform
- Apply engineering best practices to platform analysis and solution proposals
- Provide fresh insights and improvement proposals for a platform established less than two years ago
- Communicate progress and outcomes to Supply Chain stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture
- Familiarity with native SharePoint functionalities, permissions, and security management
- Knowledge of configuring and optimizing SharePoint search
- Experience with the SharePoint Framework for modern web part and extension development
- Proficiency in JavaScript
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Fluency in both French and English
