Supply Chain Knowledge Management Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Supply Chain Knowledge Management Intern to enhance its SharePoint platform. The role focuses on automation, user experience improvements, and governance within the Process Excellence Team.

This internship places the candidate within the Process Excellence Team at Richemont, a prominent name in the luxury industry. The primary objective is to collaborate with various stakeholders to build and refine solutions on the SharePoint platform, ensuring the system supports the company's supply chain needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Automate data refreshes by connecting to external data tables.
• Streamline and strengthen the governance structures currently in place on the platform.
• Evaluate and define strategies for audience targeting based on the existing product landscape.
• Refine the global user experience to make the platform more intuitive and efficient.
• Apply engineering best practices when analyzing the platform and proposing technical solutions.
• Offer fresh insights and improvement proposals for a platform that is less than two years old.
• Report progress and outcomes to stakeholders within the Supply Chain department.

Requirements

• Strong grasp of SharePoint architecture.
• Proficiency in managing native SharePoint features, including permissions and security protocols.
• Experience configuring and optimizing SharePoint search capabilities.
• Ability to use the SharePoint Framework and JavaScript for developing modern web parts and extensions.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Strong communication abilities to interact with both technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power Automate, Skybow, and Microsoft 365 groups.
• Understanding of agile working methods.
