Technical & Logistics Assistant (m/f/d)

Badrutts Palace Hotel St. Moritz seeks a Technical & Logistics Assistant for its Paradiso Mountain Club. This seasonal onsite role handles equipment maintenance, material transport, and operational support in a prestigious mountain setting.

The position is based at the Paradiso Mountain Club, where the incumbent will facilitate daily technical and logistical activities. The primary focus involves ensuring that equipment and materials are properly maintained, transported between the hotel and the club, and ready for use by operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup, upkeep, and movement of technical gear and supplies.
• Drive materials and provisions between Badrutt's Palace Hotel and the Paradiso Mountain Club.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, tools, and technical devices to guarantee operational readiness.
• Organize logistical workflows and assist operational staff as required.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety protocols, and internal company procedures.
• Offer hands-on support during daily lunch service periods when necessary.

Requirements

• Hold a valid Category D1 driving licence.
• Demonstrate very good proficiency in either Italian or German.
• Possess a good command of the English language.

Nice to have

• Prior background in technical support, logistics, or comparable operational positions.
• A strong interest in mountain environments and snow-related activities.
