Keramik Laufen seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager in Laufen, CH, to oversee multifunctional kitchen faucet projects from concept to launch, managing scope, budget, and cross-functional teams.

The company is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the LAUFEN VARA division, which focuses on multifunctional kitchen faucets. This role involves steering initiatives from initial conception through to market launch, ensuring that innovative technologies are integrated effectively while maintaining strict control over schedules, budgets, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including defining scope, adhering to schedules, controlling budgets, and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate diverse project streams such as product development, digital enablement, production preparation, marketing, supply chain, and after-sales support.
• Ensure that new technologies are successfully integrated into the product development workflow.
• Monitor financial aspects and actively manage potential risks throughout the entire project duration.
• Maintain structured communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to align various departments toward common project goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience with project management methodologies and tools, specifically Smartsheet and MS Office, along with a solid understanding of the product development process from idea to launch.
• Background in product management to evaluate business opportunities and provide technical support to sales teams and customers.
• Fluency in both German and English at a very good level.
• Strong ability to coordinate, lead, and motivate interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle complex projects effectively.
• Technical curiosity and the aptitude to ask insightful questions to ensure product functions meet customer needs and expectations.
