Teilzeitpersonal / Stewards (im Stundenlohn)

Part-time steward role at FC Luzern-Innerschweiz AG in Lucerne, involving matchday operations, guest services, and stadium setup for approximately 25 annual fixtures.

The company is seeking part-time stewards to support operations during roughly 25 football matches each year. Staff will be compensated on an hourly basis and will work on-site at the swissporarena.

Responsibilities

• Guide vehicles to assigned parking zones, verify parking permits, and restrict access to authorized individuals only.
• Inspect tickets, facilitate spectator entry, direct attendees to their seats, and screen bags and personal items at entry points.
• Manage access control for restricted zones to ensure only permitted personnel enter.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests, including managing entry, assigning seats or boxes, and providing general care.
• Oversee spectator behavior, maintain order, and stop unauthorized individuals from entering the field.
• Perform various setup and teardown tasks inside and around the stadium before and after events.

Requirements

• Must be a Swiss citizen or hold a C residence permit.
• Preferred age range is between 20 and 65 years.
• Excellent command of written and spoken German, plus comprehension of Swiss German dialect.
• Demonstrate polite and professional conduct at all times.
• Maintain a tidy and neat appearance.
• Provide a clean extract from the register of pledges and a criminal record check.
• Show independence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Be available for irregular shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Handle physically demanding tasks when required.
• Stay calm and effective in fast-paced, hectic environments.
• Must be reachable via email or mobile phone at all times.
