Treasury Analyst

The company seeks a Treasury Analyst to join its headquarters team in Uzwil, focusing on financial stability, cash planning, and reporting for the global group.

This position sits within the central Treasury department at the Uzwil headquarters. The team is responsible for maintaining the financial health of the entire organization by providing subsidiaries with detailed analyses, reliable reporting, and coordinated liquidity management across all regions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly treasury reports, provide commentary on financial results, and assist with foreign exchange and daily cash oversight.
• Lead cash flow forecasting efforts, including the development of group-wide projections and the implementation of an AI-driven forecasting initiative.
• Handle internal financing activities such as managing intercompany loans, dividend distributions, and cash-pooling arrangements.
• Assist with governance and compliance tasks, including contributions to the annual report, processing KYC/UBO requests, and maintaining bank credit lines.
• Support strategic projects by contributing to the Supply Chain Finance Program and participating in global Treasury initiatives.

Requirements

• A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional background in corporate treasury or banking, complemented by strong analytical capabilities for financial evaluation.
• A structured and dependable work approach, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System, such as Coupa.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and German.
