Bühler seeks a Regional Finance Business Partner in Uzwil to align customer service strategies with financial goals, optimizing the Lead-to-Cash process through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

This position acts as a strategic liaison between finance and customer service operations. The primary objective is to synchronize service strategies with broader business targets while streamlining the Lead-to-Cash workflow to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and analyze financial reports to support resource allocation and strategic decisions.
  • Track key service metrics such as turnover, margins, and coverage variances to spot potential risks or growth areas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across regions and globally to resolve service coverage issues.
  • Leverage market data and analytics to suggest enhancements to existing processes.
  • Deliver clear, evidence-based presentations to stakeholders to influence strategic choices.
  • Monitor industry developments and emerging technologies to advise leadership on future opportunities.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least five years of professional experience in financial analysis, reporting, and interpreting complex data.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Analytics for data visualization.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
