Cash & FX Management Specialist

The company is seeking a Cash & FX Management Specialist to support its global Corporate Treasury team. The role focuses on daily treasury operations, intercompany processes, and system administration while acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and banking partners.

This position sits within the Corporate Treasury team and supports a global organization operating in over 80 countries. The specialist serves as a crucial connection between internal departments and banking partners to maintain efficient treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury activities, including cash management, foreign exchange transactions, and periodic interest rate and FX fixings.
• Handle intercompany procedures like monthly netting cycles, internal FX hedging, and cash pool administration with interest calculations.
• Ensure precise FX accounting through month-end valuation, hedge accounting, and financial result reporting.
• Manage treasury-related accounting tasks alongside global teams and coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders on payment issues.
• Administer and improve treasury systems, support bank connectivity (EBICS/SWIFT), and contribute to automation and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable discipline.
• Experience in Treasury Accounting or Banking with strong Excel skills, solid data analysis capabilities and knowledge of SAP.
• Technical and analytical strengths including quick comprehension, system understanding and the ability to automate workflows.
• Independent and collaborative working style marked by professionalism, friendly interaction and effective teamwork.
• Fluency in English and German.
