Accenture Graduate Academy Switzerland offers an entry-level full-time position in Zürich, requiring a bachelor's or master's degree, business fluency in English (C1) and German or French (C1), and a strong interest in one of Accenture’s focus areas. Candidates must commit to a 7-week on-site presence at the Zurich office.

The Graduate Academy program is designed to provide early-career professionals with hands-on experience and rapid development through direct engagement with Accenture’s experts and projects. Participants will spend seven weeks at the Zurich office, gaining foundational exposure to the company’s operations and focus areas.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in any field of study.
• Demonstrate a strong interest and relevant experience in one of Accenture’s focus areas.
• Be business fluent in English at C1 level and in either German or French at C1 level.
