Positioned within P&G's Geneva AI Hub, this senior role focuses on disrupting traditional AI and Data Science methods by creating superior systems and novel modeling approaches. The successful candidate will establish themselves as a recognized expert in specific AI or engineering techniques, directly linking technical advancements to measurable business improvements.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scaled AI and Agent algorithms.
- Identify key business problems, select appropriate AI techniques, and define evaluation strategies.
- Translate business context into actionable data use cases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy algorithms into production.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building on large datasets.
- Mentor colleagues and promote the reuse of developed solutions.
- Contribute actively to community of practice groups.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in applied AI and IT.
- Master’s degree in a STEM field with a strong interest in Agentic AI.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to improvement.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving AI technologies while maintaining focus on business objectives.
