The APEX program serves as an accelerated route for individuals aiming to build a career as a Clinical Research Associate. Since its launch in 2022, the initiative has supported more than 320 graduates across the Americas and EMEA regions, providing a structured entry point into the global CRO sector.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Clinical Research, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Possess fewer than 18 months of prior monitoring experience.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in clinical research and a willingness to learn.
