• Gain exposure to end-user support, ITIL-aligned workflows, ticketing platforms, and service-improvement initiatives.
• Produce datasets, statistical tables, graphs, and data listings using SAS Software.
• Conduct statistical analyses under supervision and create statistical reports.
• Support programming activities related to clinical systems.
• Manage data aggregation from external sources and produce listings, reports, and insights.

Requirements

• Must be a current student or recent graduate.
