Baer AG seeks an Application Operation Manager for Identity and Access Management in Zürich. The role oversees IT service operations, manages the Central Identity Data Platform, and ensures compliance with SLAs.
The company is looking for a professional to manage the end-to-end operation of an IT service within the Identity and Access Management domain. This position involves overseeing the Central Identity Data Platform for JB and the BJB central UID web Service, ensuring all service dependencies are tracked and managed proactively while adhering to predefined service level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Manage application maintenance, support, and lifecycle within Identity and Access Management, including incident, problem, release, and risk management.
- Collaborate with software vendors on business analysis, solution design, and the implementation or deployment of changes and enhancements.
- Execute and test product releases to ensure functionality and stability.
- Participate in project assignments such as data migrations and impact analysis.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive application documentation.
- Test new requirements to validate their implementation.
Requirements
- Strong IT background with proficiency in Linux, Java, PowerShell, and ORACLE.
- Over one year of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Deep understanding of access management principles, including identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, and attribute-based access control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex technical information.
- Quick learner with a solid grasp of business context and project governance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
- Project management certification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and social interaction skills, along with a cross-cultural mindset, empathy, and a proactive attitude.
- Negotiation skills to engage with various stakeholder groups.
Nice to have
- Experience in the banking sector.
