ASAP: TA Partner - Operations & Supply Chain (m/w/d)

Michael Page is seeking a contract TA Partner for Operations & Supply Chain in Zürich, starting immediately for a 6+ month assignment to support critical hiring needs.

This contract role, lasting at least six months, supports an established international organization that is currently expanding and transforming. The position focuses on fulfilling business-critical recruitment demands within the Supply Chain, Procurement, and related operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for roles in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operational Excellence, Technology, and adjacent areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish talent strategies and prioritize open positions.
• Create proactive talent pipelines by employing innovative sourcing methods and market intelligence.
• Perform talent mapping and competitor analysis to locate suitable candidate pools.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Leverage data and market insights to guide stakeholders on talent availability and recruitment approaches.
• Assist with employer branding and talent attraction efforts as needed.
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an end-to-end recruiter, either in-house or within a specialized consultancy.
• A strong background in recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Technology.
• Advanced sourcing and talent research skills, supported by a proactive and investigative approach.
• Proven ability to identify talent within complex or niche labor markets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
