Assoc. Site Activation Manager - Sponsor Dedicated

IQVIA AG seeks an Assoc. Site Activation Manager in Switzerland to oversee strategic and operational site activation for clinical studies, ensuring timely patient enrollment and compliance.

This position focuses on the local execution of site activation activities for assigned clinical studies. The incumbent directs strategic, operational, and financial delivery to ensure projects meet their timelines and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Creates strategic plans and provides project oversight to speed up site activation and improve patient enrollment rates.
• Manages the execution of startup and lifecycle maintenance tasks for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with established strategies and schedules.
• Builds, implements, and updates the Site Activation Management Plan based on the defined Scope of Work and Project Plan.
• Delivers regular progress reports and updates to the study team and senior leadership across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a scientific or clinical setting.
• Proven track record of working in international environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical systems, standard procedures, and corporate guidelines.
• Strong grasp of medical terminology and relevant regulatory frameworks.
