Associate Partner - AI & Data - Life Sciences

Visium seeks an Associate Partner in AI & Data for Life Sciences based in Zürich, CH. The role involves advising C-level executives, driving digital transformations, and expanding business in the Life Science sector through strategic client relationships and innovation.

This role is designed to support enterprise leaders in shaping AI and data strategies, leading large-scale digital transformations, and building long-term client partnerships. It combines entrepreneurial initiative with strategic advisory, contributing directly to the company’s growth and client impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing client engagements in the Life Science sector through collaboration with the business development team.
• Work directly with client C-level executives to identify data and AI challenges, design solutions, and support their implementation and scaling.
• Lead cross-functional teams to assess client needs and provide strategic direction to enhance delivery quality and capabilities.
• Guide engagement teams in creating insightful analyses, innovative recommendations, and high-standard deliverables.

Requirements

• Prior experience at Director, Associate Partner, or Partner level in a consulting environment.
• A background in Data Science with specialization in Life Science and Healthcare sectors.
• Proven success in building new client relationships and generating business development opportunities that lead to successful engagements.
• Track record of managing a portfolio of healthcare clients generating 7-figure revenues in a consulting context.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and deep involvement in designing, implementing, and scaling solutions for complex business challenges.
• Strong intellectual curiosity and creative vision to drive innovation.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Proficiency in French and/or German is considered an advantage.
