Atlassian Consultant - Eficode

Eficode Switzerland AG seeks an Atlassian Consultant in Zürich to deliver technical and strategic solutions for enterprise clients. The role combines hands-on engineering with high-level advisory services.

This position serves as a strategic partner to clients, focusing on designing and guiding high-impact solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem. The specialist role emphasizes expertise in Jira Service Management for Enterprise Service Management, complex Cloud migrations, and scaling Agile practices. It requires a practical blend of technical engineering skills and high-level consulting abilities to address customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on implementing and customizing Atlassian products for clients.
• Design and adapt solutions for Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
• Lead or contribute to complex implementations of Atlassian solutions for large and mid-sized organizations.
• Work alongside a team of Atlassian specialists to resolve customer challenges and establish best practices.
• Implement and support best-in-class solutions to meet client objectives.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a consultant working with the Atlassian Platform or similar technical solutions like ServiceNow and GitLab.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices or background in ITSM organizations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Understanding of related tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket, and the broader enterprise tooling landscape.
• Fluent German and business-fluent English in both speaking and writing.

Nice to have

• Atlassian, AWS, or Cloud certifications, accreditations, or badges.
• Project management experience or certifications such as Prince2.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Additional languages, with French being particularly beneficial.
• Experience in platforms where Eficode provides consulting, such as GitLab or GitHub.
• A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
