In this position, you will maintain and improve the central Alfresco document management system, ensuring high security and reliable performance. You will work alongside your team to evolve the architecture and cloud environments, contributing ideas to simplify daily tasks for customers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute deployments and testing procedures, manage incidents, and deliver advanced technical support.
- Partner with Product Management to prioritize backlog items and drive ongoing improvements in system quality, stability, and speed.
- Engage actively within a collaborative team that values knowledge exchange, adaptability, and individual accountability.
Requirements
- A university degree in Computer Science or a comparable professional qualification.
- Proven background in Java development, covering architecture design, automated testing, and system monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and other cloud orchestration tools, alongside modern operational and monitoring techniques.
- Comprehensive knowledge of secure, automated deployment processes and agile, lean methodologies.
- Sharp analytical abilities to recognize patterns and make informed decisions.
- A disciplined, independent approach to work combined with a strong preference for teamwork and information sharing.
- Effective communication abilities, a focus on solutions, and a cooperative attitude.
- Fluency in both German and English at a professional level.
