This role focuses on advancing Salesforce development for Swisscom’s Network Construction, shaping a high-performance, future-ready CRM environment. The engineer collaborates with business and integration teams in an agile setup, maintaining hands-on involvement while contributing to the overall architecture and roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Handle full lifecycle Salesforce development, including design, build, testing, and deployment
- Design integrated solutions for new use cases across the CRM ecosystem
- Contribute to and coordinate the Salesforce roadmap within Swisscom
- Establish security and data protection frameworks for the CRM domain
- Work with business stakeholders and partner systems to manage integrations and estimate effort
Requirements
- Advanced skills in Apex development, including triggers and asynchronous processing
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, including architectural design and reactivity
- Experience with solid programming patterns, layered design, and REST API integrations
- Knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, including profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, and sharing
- Strong analytical and debugging abilities
- Solution-focused, communicative, and collaborative team player
- Willingness to take on coordination tasks and ownership of projects
- Fluent in English
