Atlassian Consultant

Eficode Switzerland AG seeks a Mid-level Atlassian Consultant in Zürich to design and implement strategic solutions for clients, blending technical engineering with high-level advisory services.

This position serves as a strategic partner for clients, focusing on the design and direction of high-impact solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem. The role requires a hands-on approach that merges technical engineering expertise with consulting skills to effectively bridge business needs and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert advice on the implementation and customization of Atlassian products for customers.
• Customize solutions for tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Lead or contribute to complex implementations of Atlassian solutions for large and mid-sized enterprises.
• Work alongside a team of specialists to address customer challenges and promote best practices.
• Implement and support industry-leading solutions.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a consultant on the Atlassian Platform or similar technical solutions like ServiceNow and GitLab.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices or background in ITSM organizations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Understanding of related tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket, and the broader enterprise tooling landscape.
• Fluent German and business-fluent English in both speaking and writing.

Nice to have

• Certifications or badges for Atlassian, AWS, or Cloud services.
• Project management experience and certifications, such as Prince2.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Additional language skills, particularly French.
• Experience with platforms where Eficode provides consulting, including GitLab and GitHub.
• A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
