Junior Business Analyst/Engineer for Dynamics 365 F&O at Elca Informatik AG in Geneva. The role bridges business and IT, focusing on ERP consulting, process validation, and client advisory within a collaborative Microsoft-focused team.
This position serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams while supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. Working alongside senior consultants, the analyst will assist both local and international clients, gaining mentorship from a dedicated finance expert to develop consulting skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a link between business units and IT departments
- Test and verify assigned end-to-end process streams
- Join cross-domain meetings to understand overall company workflows
- Provide client guidance on reporting, KPIs, and financial insights
Requirements
- 2–3 years of ERP consulting experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (HEC, HES, or equivalent)
- Strong motivation to grow into Consultant and Senior Consultant roles
- Client-focused approach with the ability to translate expertise into practical advice
- Genuine interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Fluent French and English
