C# Server Side Developer / Real Estate Data Analyst

Vintory GmbH seeks a mid-level C# Server Side Developer / Real Estate Data Analyst to build and maintain a comprehensive vacation rental homeowner database using public data and C#/.NET tools.

This position focuses on owning the end-to-end real estate data workflow, from cleaning incomplete public records to engineering solutions that solve specific data challenges. The core mission is to expand and refine the company's database of vacation rental property owners.

Responsibilities

• Refine and expand the current property owner database
• Create and deploy software tools to handle specific data challenges
• Source and integrate additional data feeds to improve database quality
• Ensure database efficiency and performance
• Partner with colleagues to achieve organizational objectives
• Explore new data acquisition methods, including web scraping or overseeing freelance data collectors

Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and SQL variants (mySQL, MsSQL)
• Demonstrated capability to manage projects autonomously
• Background handling extensive data volumes
• Sharp analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork capabilities
• Hands-on experience connecting various APIs

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Blazer UI
• Knowledge of web scraping methods
• Experience supervising freelance developers
