This position serves as the primary representative for Rothschild & Co’s business activities. The role focuses on driving new client acquisition and ensuring the long-term retention of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals connected to the UK market. The successful candidate will act as the face of the firm, building trusted relationships while delivering exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive three-to-five-year business strategy, including specific targets for assets under management.
- Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with clients to secure new business and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues across European offices, with a particular emphasis on UK teams, to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Conduct thorough financial and quantitative analyses to support client decisions.
- Deliver persuasive and engaging presentations, leveraging strong communication skills to articulate value propositions.
Requirements
- Possess five to ten years of relevant experience in Private Banking, specifically dealing with UK clients.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of global financial markets and the ability to structure and manage portfolios across all asset classes.
- Have a solid foundation in financial planning, including knowledge of tax, legal, and estate-planning matters.
- Show a clear awareness of compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements applicable to relevant markets.
