Communications Manager - Content & Editorial

Nestlé seeks a Communications Manager to lead content strategy and editorial excellence across internal and external channels in Vevey, Switzerland.

This position focuses on elevating corporate storytelling through strategic editorial planning and content development. The manager will collaborate with Corporate Affairs, Content Studios, markets, and subject-matter experts to align content with business priorities and reputation goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-looking content strategy that highlights business priorities, purpose, and reputation topics.
• Craft compelling narratives across articles, scripts, long-form pieces, and social media to build trust and engagement.
• Manage end-to-end content creation, including drafting, refining, and guiding internal teams, studios, and agencies.
• Oversee the planning and production of diverse content assets such as articles, videos, and social media materials.
• Lead and coach the Content & Editorial team, providing clear direction and consistent feedback.
• Enhance content impact by leveraging performance data and feedback to refine formats, language, and storytelling methods.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in corporate communications, journalism, or editorial/content leadership.
• Strong writing and editing abilities to simplify complex topics while maintaining tone and managing reputational risk.
• Full professional proficiency in English, with expert-level written skills.
• Experience leading people-focused teams, developing talent, and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced matrix environment.
